17 Years, Three Brand Pillars
D·MORE is the carbon fiber composite arm of Stanley Sports Group. The group was founded in Dongguan, Guangdong in 2008, starting from a single injection-molding line — the first batch of products shipped were ice hockey protective gear for North American customers.
Seventeen years later, we operate three independent brands under one composite manufacturing roof:
- STANLEY — flagship brand spanning ice hockey, skating, floorball, and lacrosse
- D·MORE — premium carbon fiber line, expanding from sports into drones, hydrofoils, and industrial tubing
- ELEPHARMOR — extreme-sports protective brand, focused on the North American DTC channel
All three brands share the same carbon fiber processes, the same R&D team, and the same factory — but serve different customers and different markets.
From Injection Molding to Carbon Fiber: a Necessary Leap
Around 2014, European customers began asking us to migrate from composite-wood hockey sticks to full-carbon shafts. We spent two years building a carbon fiber production line from scratch: imported prepreg, self-taught autoclave processes, and weekly composite-materials training for senior production staff.
When the first batch shipped to Canada, the brand director wrote: "25 g lighter than the previous generation, with higher impact resistance. Increasing the next season's order."
From that point on, carbon fiber became the group's core technology. Today D·MORE covers 9 sports categories plus 4 industrial categories — from T700 standard to T1000 aerospace, from full-carbon competition to fiberglass entry tiers, with a three-tier system that lets brand partners cover everything from beginner to professional users.
Jiangmen Heshan — A New Home
In 2023 we relocated the factory to Wanyang Zhongchuang Area, Gulao Town, Heshan, Jiangmen.
The new facility is 3× the size of the old plant. We laid out five dedicated workshops: tooling, injection molding, carbon fabric cutting & layup, autoclave curing, and CNC + assembly. Daily output exceeds 2,000 finished carbon-fiber pieces — from a 35 g golf putter to a 1.4 kg ice hockey chest guard.
More importantly, we finally moved the R&D lab into the factory itself: tensile testers, impact rigs, X-ray inspection, dynamic balance. Every new product passes lab validation before reaching mass production.
