A Canadian regional hockey brand wanted a complete Mini-to-Pro product line. Previously only Senior and Junior were covered, missing the youth training and entry markets. Required 7 age segments × 3 carbon tiers = 21 SKUs within 4 months.

Unified shaft mold + adjustable inner mandrel + variable carbon-glass ratios (10%/50%/100% CF). All 21 SKUs sampled and trial-produced in 3 months. First-year delivery: 180,000 sticks. Regional market share grew from 8% to 21%.
