Production Process & Workshop
15 years of carbon fiber manufacturing with in-house tooling and a complete production line — the real process, shot on our floor.

Material & Cutting
Using T700/T800-grade carbon fiber prepreg, cloth is cut to specific angles and shapes per the drawing. Ply angles (0°/±45°/90°) determine the stiffness direction and torsional performance of the finished part.

Layup & Roll-Wrapping
Cut prepreg is wound onto a precision mandrel in a designed sequence, with strict control of ply count and angle and local reinforcement in key load zones — the core step governing flex and strength.

Compression Molding
The wrapped preform is placed into in-house precision molds and formed under precise temperature and pressure, ensuring uniform wall thickness and a dense, void-free structure.

High-Temperature Curing
Resin cross-linking is completed at 120–150°C in the curing oven / autoclave, fusing carbon fiber and matrix into one for stable, reliable mechanical performance.

Demolding & Finishing
After demolding, parts are cut to length, sanded at the joints and trimmed to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness, ready for coating and assembly.

Quality Inspection
Every piece is checked for weight, straightness, wall thickness and mechanical consistency; delamination and porosity are rejected, with 100% outgoing inspection and traceable quality records.
